六、help yourself還是help you？

兩種表達都可以。

只是場合一般不同。

help yourself 一般表示"別客氣，你隨意"。比如你到別人家做客吃飯，主人就會對你說"help yourself"，意思是"你隨意，自便"。這時一般不要帶主語。

而help you一般表示普通的"幫你"的意思。比如說"he can help you.他能幫你"。一般需要帶主語。

七、with the help和with the help of的區別？

with one's help與with the help of sb的區別為：意思不同、用法不同、側重點不同。

一、意思不同

1、with one's help：在某人的幫助下，在某人幫助下。

2、with the help of sb：在某人所給與的幫助之下。

1.help yourself的中文翻譯是隨便吃，一般是用在招待客人的情況下:

2.那么help oneself 只看這個詞組時，它意為自救。
